The role of General Manager Construction (Australia/NZ), reporting directly to the VP Mining & Construction Technology ANZ, will be a key member of the Mining & Construction leadership group.  In essence you will drive strategy, sales and market share growth of the construction business for capital, aftermarket and systems in the quarry and contracting market segments.

Your responsibilities will include full ownership and delivery of market growth focused sales and marketing plans, strategic planning across the business with emphasis on forecasting, resources and sourcing. You will lead relationships and negotiations with key clients and across industry stakeholders, develop margin and price strategies which maximise competitive sustainability and profitability and enjoy the role of sales leader.

To succeed in this challenging and demanding role you will have an exceptional track record of achievement in leading and growing business operations and be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the quarry, contracting and construction segment. You will have a high level of intellectual rigour to contribute to the national leadership group and have outstanding communication and influencing skills while appropriate tertiary qualifications are expected.
