Through product excellence, reliability and continued demand in their industry sectors they are currently looking for this role to add significant value throughout their operations in New South Wales & Victoria.

While the business has a ‘global brand’ and complimentary product reputation this role will work with key members of production operations to drive continuous improvement to position the organisation for product manufacture, assembly and engineering excellence. You will play a significant role across the business and be the key driver of production excellence with goals including DIFOT maximisation, cost rationalisation and improvement and warranty minimisation through product excellence.

It is critical that you have a proven track record in leading manufacturing and operations teams across multi site locations You will have managed manufacturing KPI’s and led LEAN and  continuous improvement in a heavy engineering or capital equipment environment. You will clearly be able to demonstrate a practical approach to planning manufacturing processes and key linkages through S&OP.

In this role you will lead reform and be able to demonstrate outstanding communication and influencing skills across a multi site matrix environment. Formal qualifications are a prerequisite ideally supported by recognition of Six Sigma accreditation.
