Untitled document An outstanding career opportunity exists for an energetic and passionate leader to drive the success of a dynamic outbound sales team. This fast paced, multi-channel industry leading FMCG is experiencing rapid growth and requires an experienced sales professional to join their market leading organisation to manage the direction, development and performance of the sales team.   

To be successful in this role you will drive team performance through training, motivation, the creation of an inclusive, empowered team sales environment and the development of creative incentive programs with stretch targets which are attainable and reward high performance. In addition you will manage staffing levels and scheduling including planning, assigning and directing work to ensure the delivery of agreed outcomes for clients. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will show creativity in your ability to improve team performance ensuring target revenue and call volume quotas are exceeded.   This is a challenging leadership role and will require an individual who is passionate, innovative and has the ability to empower teams to achieve their full potential.  

Your career history will reflect your capability to understand and manage the needs of internal and external clients while managing multiple projects and campaigns on time and within budget. You will have experience in promoting a dynamic business development mentality and be familiar with the challenges that involve coaching a high performing sales unit.     
 
Preferably tertiary qualified, candidates will hold a minimum of five years recent management experience in a dynamic call centre environment, with proven ability to lead, direct and motivate an inbound/outbound sales team. You will display a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism whilst working with minimal direction and supervision.  This opportunity will suit a natural leader with a genuine desire to join a premium business in a role of real influence and ownership.
