This Australian organisation is a market leader with offices in over 70 locations across Australia & New Zealand. Originally offering a core service of rental equipment, the company has grown to offer multi-faceted site security services and products including but not limited to temporary fencing, video solar surveillance and lighting as well as height safety. The organisation services an impressive range of clients from the mining, civil, residential, government, industrial, commercial, maintenance and events sectors. The success of the company is supported by its extensive range of technology-driven safety solutions, boasting superb product quality, support and services.

As a result of the company’s expansion into security products and services, an experienced Sales Representative is now required to assist in achieving the company’s strategic goals for the Sydney region in the security and safety solutions division. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the Sales Representative will primarily take responsibility for managing key accounts and supporting the Business Development team in their operations.    

You will be broadly responsible for: driving sales, developing and maintaining client relationships with stakeholders and promoting new products and services within your distribution network. A key duty will also be to identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the business in the Sydney region. You will also need to be comfortable with the company’s impressive range of locally manufactured products and services.   

In order to be successful in your application for this role, you will be a highly motivated and tech savvy individual with an extensive background in Sales. You will preferably have exposure to the security, building & construction sectors and must be able to work in a small team as well as independently. You must be a great rapport builder and negotiator with a proven track record in excellent customer service, delivering value to the client and the company itself. You will be proficient at building upon collaborative relationships with your key accounts and leveraging those relationships to reach your targets.
