This well established company forms part of a global commercial and industrial services group. It is a leading supplier of equipment and associated systems and solutions to both construction and industry and is a supplier for many major commercial and residential construction, mining, petrochemical, and civil engineering projects. The company now requires a commercially astute, strategic, and entrepreneurial Human Resources Manager to assist in driving the business through to its next exciting phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Human Resources Manager will be an important member of the senior leadership team. They will be responsible for developing strategy and policy and initiating action plans that most effectively utilises the organisations human resources to support operational excellence objectives, including revenue, sales targets and bottom line results.

This is a true Business Partner role that will address challenges across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines. The environment is dynamic and the culture encourages personal growth through high-performance team work. Immediate challenges will include; collaborating with the senior leadership group in all aspects of HR and workplace relations to drive performance productivity and employee engagement levels; management of ER/IR issues consulting on key policy and employment legislation issues including EA/EBA negotiations; manage WH&S requirements; working cooperatively, collaboratively and proactively with all areas within the business and support the business leaders in line with global standards and ensure the delivery of best practice HR  and IR initiatives.

With at least 8 years experience as a generalist Human Resources Manager it is essential that you can demonstrate superior commercial and business career experience within a complex business to business multi-site industrial services business. Exposure within the construction, mining, resources, petrochemical and building services sectors will be well regarded. You will be an exceptional communicator who is able to seamlessly integrate from blue-collar to professional level and with a proven ability to influence and contribute tactically and strategically. This global based group have strong growth aspirations and you will demonstrate a high level of intellectual rigour, energy and passion in what you undertake.
