The company has an outstanding national field force to take its Australian operations to the next level and this represents an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Sales Office Administrator and be part of this exciting growth phase.

The existing Sales Administrator is going on maternity leave end of this year and the company now seeks to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator for its national operations based at Norwest for a 12 months contract. Since the company is growing fast, this contract has a strong possibility of turning into a permanent full time role.

Reporting to the Country Manager, the primary purpose of this important role will be to provide administrative support to a busy team of sales, marketing, technical and planning consultants spread across Australia and New Zealand. The environment offers definite variety, with communication between the field force, national management and Head Office based in Germany and it provides the opportunity to demonstrate your initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility. This role is both people-orientated and with a focus systems and processes and therefore accurate record keeping is a must. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

You will be highly organised team player, have excellent communication and professional presentation skills. Ideally, with experience in a technical or trade sales admin environment. Also, it is critical that you have superior computing skills and prior knowledge of SAP is highly desirable but not mandatory.
