Untitled document We are currently seeking an experienced Support Coordinator with a strong customer service focus to join the IT Services
Department at Port Waratah Coal Services Limited.

Reporting to the IT Operations Team Leader, you will be accountable for the prioritisation and allocation of Helpdesk
requests and providing first level IT support to 520 users across a range of systems.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience working in a customer service and support environment, with a detailed
understanding of Helpdesk and customer support processes.

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with effective
prioritisation, time management and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a candidate who is a great communicator, with the ability to collaborate with all employees and external
business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude.

ITIL training, Microsoft Certification or other relevant industry qualifications will be advantageous.
