An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Member Education Specialist to act as a Corporate Account Manager and join AustralianSupers Workplace Services and Education Team in Sydney. Working as part of a large National team, you will work closely with the Growth and New Opportunities team and the other Account Managers, ensuring Employers who join AustralianSuper experience a seamless introduction and transition into the Fund. This involves development and implementation of high quality education and servicing programs to ensure maximum take-up of transferring employees. You will also work with the Funds current clients as an Account Manager.
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Accounts Team, you will embrace the responsibility facilitating the growth and retention of the AustralianSuper employer and member base through successful new client transition and ongoing service and education engendering Fund loyalty.
Your understanding of the superannuation environment gained in a consulting, relationship management or similar role will ensure you have the competencies and personality required to develop relationships with clients and their employees at all levels.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
· A passionate, and engaging personality that endears you to employers and members
· Significant experience in the delivery of member education programs.
· A detailed understanding of emerging technologies and methodologies relating to the delivery of information to members across multiple channels.
· DFP1 to 4 and G146 Compliant
· An undergraduate qualification
· Excellent relationship management, communication and negotiation skills
· Strong technical knowledge of superannuation, investments, insurance, fund administration and legislative requirements, (DB experience an advantage)
· A detailed understanding of compliance requirements and their application
· Experience in a similar role within a financial services environment
