Accountable to the HR Director Australia and New Zealand, the successful candidate will ensure the effective delivery of HR services to a major industrial processing site located close to Perth. Responsible for leading a small HR advisory team, you will partner with senior business managers and other stakeholders to drive and execute strategy across areas including; talent management, rewards and performance management and employee relations.
This is a challenging and exciting HR leadership role within a continuous improvement environment. A demonstrated or proven commitment to driving change will be essential. Candidates should have significant generalist HRM experience, ideally gained within an international, matrix structured organisation and within the manufacturing or resources sector. You should be experienced in leading a HR team and be operationally orientated, attentive to the detail of service delivery as well as strategy. Your experience should include negotiating or leading EBA negotiations and managing complex ER cases.
