Integra Mining is an aggressive explorer soon to become Western Australia’s next Gold producer and dedicated to growth. With a proven discovery track record, a substantial gold Mineral Resource base, providing a strong platform for building a significant new mid-tier Australian gold production house the Company plans to start producing at its flag ship Randalls Gold project in the second quarter of 2010. The project, including the Salt Creek Gold deposit, is located 50-100 kms east of Kalgoorlie and has a consolidated gold Mineral Resource of 20 million tonnes grading 2.7g/t gold for 1.8 million contained ounces. With construction and mining pre strip already under way the first gold pour is targeted for September 2010, the project’s Bankable Feasibility Study has demonstrated strong financial returns with a low risk, low capital start up costs and projected low operating costs. As a result Integra Mining is now seeking to strengthen its team and whilst it is focused on developing its first mine, it is also intent on increasing and sustaining gold production. For this reason it is creating a Projects Team which will be solely focused on the development of current and new mineral assets.

As the Senior Project Geologist and reporting to the General Manager of Projects, you will be expected to work closely with team members to implement and complete studies from Concept to Feasibility. You will be involved with the due-diligence of potential acquisitions as opportunities arise, although the majority of your time will be focused on developing mines from the existing Mineral Resources and future exploration discoveries. Some travel to site each month can be expected.

You will have a very strong background in geology and be able to demonstrate an advanced Mineral Resource estimation capability. You will have solid experience in managing and interpreting all geological data, QA-QC, as well as modelling and the ability to generate compliant Mineral Resources. A high level of proficiency in Surpac (or similar) is essential. Tertiary qualified in Geoscience and able to sign-off on JORC compliance, you will already have a minimum of eight years industry experience including a minimum of four years dedicated Mineral Resource estimation experience and have a thorough understanding of preferably both underground and open pit geology and mining practices. You will have excellent communications skills and a passion for developing mines.
