Integra Mining is an aggressive explorer soon to become Western Australias next Gold producer and dedicated to growth. With a proven discovery track record, a substantial gold Mineral Resource base, providing a strong platform for building a significant new mid-tier Australian gold production house the Company plans to start producing at its flag ship Randalls Gold project in the second quarter of 2010. The project, including the Salt Creek Gold deposit, is located 50-100 kms east of Kalgoorlie and has a consolidated gold Mineral Resource of 20 million tonnes grading 2.7g/t gold for 1.8 million contained ounces. With construction and mining pre strip already under way the first gold pour is targeted for September 2010, the projects Bankable Feasibility Study has demonstrated strong financial returns with a low risk, low capital start up costs and projected low operating costs. As a result Integra Mining is now seeking to strengthen its team and whilst it is focused on developing its first mine, it is also intent on increasing and sustaining gold production. For this reason it is creating a Projects Team which will be solely focused on the development of current and new mineral assets.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and liaising closely with the exploration manger this role is critical to the continued expansion and development of the Companys projects and is responsible for increasing and sustaining the Companys gold production into the next decade. Responsible for a team of project engineering and geology professionals, you will also be heavily involved in Business Development, both internally through near-mine opportunities, and externally for acquisition and Joint Venture opportunities.
Ideally, you will have seen it and done it all before; with extensive experience in the delineation, study, development and mining of WA gold deposits the key to success. You will have a comprehensive understanding of taking projects from resource to mine. Depending on your discipline, key skills will include comprehension of all aspects of gold mineralisation controls, geology and Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimations, QA/QC, geotechnical assessment, open pit optimisations and mine designs. You will also be able to demonstrate extensive experience in both underground and open pit mining. As the missing link between the Exploration Group and the Operations team, this is an exciting and challenging role for a suitably qualified and highly experienced minerals industry professional with a vast amount of experience.
