The General Manager Sales is an outstanding career opportunity.  Reporting directly to the CEO the role contributes to the strategic and operational direction of the organisation. You will be directly responsible for the management of sales across the national project portfolio as well as the leadership and development of a diverse team of sales consultants,. This position will play a significant role in the future success of the organisation.

In your new role you will lead strategic and tactical planning and drive the growth of sales revenue, margin and market share, essentially managing all operational aspects of the sales function. In addition you will champion strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to encourage the continued growth of the organisation.

Your career history will demonstrate an adept ability to manage a high performing sales division, with a commercially focused aptitude and reputation of operational efficiency. Combined with relevant qualifications, you will have experience within real estate or property development markets at a similar level or a proven pedigree of success to take the next step in your career. Obviously you will have outstanding communication skills which will be supported by self awareness and emotional intelligence.
