Infracraft Detailed Joinery is a multi-award winning commercial fit-out company based in Coffs Harbour. This dynamic, fast-growing company has projects with some of the most well-known, global companies. The company has expanded from a single person start up operation in 1997 to now employing over 60 people, with exciting continued expansion planned. Employee numbers are forecast to grow to over 100 and revenue to double over the next 3 years.  It now requires a Human Resources Manager to take responsibility for the HR function of the business and lead it through the coming growth.

Reporting directly to the Senior Management Team, the Human Resources Manager will be an important member of the future of the business. They will be responsible for developing strategy and policy and initiating action plans that most effectively utilises the organisations human resources to support operational excellence objectives, including revenue, sales targets and bottom line results.

As the HR Manager you will be responsible for delivering on the HR, OD, WHS and IR functions of the business. As the business expands the needs and requirements of the human resources of the company will change. You will need to identify what will be needed and set out strategies, training plans and mentor the team to achieve it. The role will require you assess and expand on the current HR and WHS policies and procedures as well. Overall, this is an all round, generalist role that covers the spectrum of HR including recruitment, on-boarding, retention, IR/ER, etc.

To be considered for the role you will need to have an extensive proven career history within a HR management role with a record of successfully developing, implementing and managing HR policy, a strong understanding of IR and WHS, and a strategic viewpoint. You must have excellent current HR legislation knowledge and be able to provide accurate advice to the Senior Leadership Team regarding such matters. An understanding of the manufacturing or trades industry would be desirable.

The role is based in Coffs Harbour and is a full-time, permanent role.
