Marketing Coordinator

This global business is a leading technology provider for intelligent solutions across passenger, commercial automotive and other industries including marine, rail, industrial and energy. Leading products include transmissions, axles, clutches, shock absorbers, steering, suspensions systems, chassis and brakes. Due to market and strategic planning initiatives, the business is experiencing strong and sustained growth across the region.

The company now wishes to expand its position by bringing in a Marketing Coordinator to promote new and existing products and services.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will take responsibility for monitoring and supporting marketing campaigns to increase the company’s market position across Australia. Through proactively proposing marketing initiatives, effective digital marketing campaigns, trade shows and networking events, you will be able to further develop the brand recognition into the target market groups.

The role requires strong communication skills and an ability to liaise internally with the Sales and Product Management Teams to make sure any marketing activities are in line with the overall company strategy. You will be able to accept responsibility for tasks and have a keen focus for driving their successful completion. A solution-finder with a commitment to quality, you will possess the capacity and resilience to work independently and autonomously while maintaining a commitment to teamwork and team goals. Fast paced and dynamic this role will allow you to fast track your marketing career.

To be successful in this role you should possess at least 3 years previous experience in marketing, with relevant tertiary qualifications. Ideally you will have experience with web design, Microsoft Office and social media platforms. In addition, experience working in or with agencies or within a B2B environment would be highly desirable.
