This role is key for its implementation and influencing of risk based maintenance, defect elimination and continuous improvement for all assets across the Hunter Valley Network. A key indicator for your success in the role will be your willingness and effectiveness in engaging and building relationships across the extensive and geographically diverse teams throughout the network.
Your primary objective will be to effectively engage with a variety if stakeholders, operations and maintenance teams in leading reliability improvements across the network through the application of reliability engineering. You will lead knowledge acquisition and operational enablement  of reliability engineering principles including root cause analysis, continuous improvement, maintenance optimisation, defect elimination, asset data analysis and reporting.

Your career will have exposed you to RCA, RCM, FMEA and LCC.  You will clearly demonstrate strength in project, process and change management skills, including a demonstrable logical and analytical approach to operational planning and  problem solving.
