Proudly Australian owned this business is a high performing, competitive and successful automotive franchise operating in the retail and wholesale sector. Led by a dynamic and energetic Managing Director, the environment is fast paced, customer-centric and highly service driven. As the organisation continues to execute its strategic national expansion and increasing operational footprint it now requires an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the senior management team to engage, support and drive strategic people and culture goals through this strategic expansion.  

The appointment of the Human Resources Manager is critical in developing the brand further but still keeping the goals focused on the original business vision and maintaining the unique organisational culture the business has created. Reporting directly to the Managing Director this newly created role will build relationships across the retail, corporate and operational areas of the business, establish key stakeholder partnerships and drive the organisations people and culture initiatives. This position will be challenging with an immediate responsibility to address and streamline complex tasks and processes across all HR disciplines.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will contribute to the implementation of efficient processes for head office, corporate and retail stores. In addition you will be accountable for the development and management of generalist HR responsibilities, including WHS strategy, workplace relations, risk management, recruitment, retention and training plans.

This leadership opportunity will be hands-on and drive performance, engagement and productivity. It is essential that you can demonstrate significant commercial and business career experience as a generalist Human Resources Manager. With appropriate tertiary qualifications you should also demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be a team player who is able to seamlessly integrate across all levels of the organisation. You will have a proven ability to influence and contribute tactically and strategically with a high level of intellectual rigour, energy, and passion in what you undertake. Exposure to franchise systems and or the automotive sector will be highly desirable.
